Born and raised in Brooks, Minnesota, a college grad with a 2-year degree in building from Thief River Falls, MN, and practicing real estate since 1989, Mike knows real estate inside and out! He enjoys serving his clients by protecting their rights and successfully meeting their needs. Specializing in investment properties and residential real estate, Mike delivers the highest level of personal service with years of education, knowledge, and experience to ensure your satisfaction. Mike has been with SK Realty since 1991, and became the owner/broker of SK Realty in 2005.
Since 1991, Mike has resided in West Fargo with his lovely wife Rhonda Rae, and has 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Practicing real estate since 2002, Carrie holds an A.A.S. degree/paralegal major. She has been involved with many local non-profit agencies for more than a decade, including Habitat for Humanity and Real Presence Radio. Licensed in MN and ND, Carrie is a First Home Certified Agent through NDHFA and is an instructor for 1st time homebuyer classes for 2 local non-profits. With many years of business administrative and legal experience, she is well equipped to deal with today’s real estate issues. Carrie is passionate about her work, and it shows!

Leo joined SK Realty while he was attending NDSU, majoring in Economics and Business Administration. Leo has worked in the residential construction industry for many years, building new homes and also renovating exsisting properties. He also owns and manages rental properties in the Fargo/Moorhead area.

LuJean became a licensed realtor in Arizona in 1992, then moved back home to the Red River Valley in 1994. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, LuJean worked in the real estate field for 5 years doing marketing and coordinating seminars in the profession. LuJean specializes in rural properties, land, residential, and investment properties. LuJean’s passions include rural properties, horses, fishing, reading, and messing up the kitchen.
